At 3 years old, Andy is a big, beautiful bundle of enthusiasm who believes life’s best moments involve toys, treats, and people to love. She dances with excitement when she finds a bone, greets her friends with full-body wiggles (and maybe a little drool), and is always ready to carry her own leash though she’s still perfecting her manners when those squirrels appear!

Andy’s social and confident nature makes her a great companion for someone who appreciates a little sass and a lot of heart. She does well with other dogs after slow introductions and tends to pair best with laid-back males who don’t mind letting her take the lead she knows what she wants, and we love her for it. She’s also crate trained, smart, and loves to be part of the action, but she’s just as happy to lounge around once she’s had her daily play and snuggle time.

Andy has a chatty, expressive side and isn’t shy about sharing her opinions (especially if she thinks she’s missing out on the fun). Because of her enthusiasm and size, she’d do best in a home with older children or teens, and an active family who’ll keep her mind and body busy.
